Very comfy bed, stylish room, everything was nice. Pleased it had a Jacuzzi.

The bilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly helpful and willing to assist with a variety of services, making me feel well taken care of during my stay. One staff member went above and beyond to help me navigate the city, providing recommendations and even acquiring tickets to a popular attraction. Their assistance made my trip much smoother and enjoyable.

Its location was very central, minutes from Saigon Opera House. Was in a vibrant area and close to bars and cafés. The room was impeccably clean on higher floors included. The breakfast was fine and there was lots of food to choose from...

The property is fairly clean; impeccably clean rooms; extremely comfy bed. It has fairly friendly and polite staff. The breakfast is fine. Thank you very much all for the fairly nice stay for one night.

Location: the hotel was next to the saigon river, the river esplanade, the riverboat jetty, very safe & clean environment with plenty of food/ restaurant choices as well as many shopping malls, markets, and attractions. The lunch in Pasha Restaurant a super close walk to the property had every choice imaginable. Truly enjoyed the room on higher floors, my bed was very comfy.

I recently had a great stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. The prices were very reasonable and the value for money was excellent. The staff was attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and had plenty of natural sunlight.

Nothing to dislike.

I spent my Thanksgiving night at this hotel and while it was enjoyable, there were a few things that could be better. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was comfortable and there was strong Wi-Fi. Plus, the staff was quite friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was a bit disappointing. The shower had no hot water and the bathroom was not very clean.
